1. Booking Process Our website serves as an inquiry platform. Bookings are not confirmed automatically.
After you submit an inquiry form, a member of our team will reach out to provide tour details, availability, and pricing.
A booking is only confirmed once you accept the proposal and complete the payment.
2. Pricing & VAT Tour prices are not listed on the website and are provided upon inquiry based on the type of experience, customization, group size, and timing.
Prices do not include VAT, and applicable VAT may be added to the final invoice.
We accept payments in multiple currencies, and exchange rates will be based on real-time conversion at the time of payment.
Accepted payment methods include secure online transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved payment links. Full details will be shared during the booking process.
3. Cancellations & Refunds 48+ hours before tour: Full refund.
24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Tour Changes or Cancellations by Us We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues.
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.
5. Liability & Responsibility TourByEmirati and its team are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damage during the tour.
You are responsible for your personal belongings and safety.

6. Health & Accessibility Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or accessibility needs.
Not all tours are suitable for everyone — we’ll guide you accordingly.
7. Respecting Culture & Conduct Guests are expected to respect UAE traditions and behave appropriately.
Modest dress is required at religious or cultural sites.
We reserve the right to remove any participant causing disruption or disrespect.
8. Intellectual Property All text, media, branding, and content on our website are owned by TourByEmirati and may not be reused without written permission.
9. Privacy & Communication Your personal data is only used to process your inquiry and communicate about tours.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Legal Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction.
